FOREST NAME STILL NOT RIGHT ~ Support no longer responding

Dear Forum Moderators, and/or Community Managers,

So, I did as you suggested and "worked with" Storm8 Support regarding the problem with the name of my forest. (You'll recall that my Forest name does not display correctly when I visit, so therefore on the News Feeds of my neighbors it is displaying two different names! It does display correctly however when I send a gem.)

One of the forum moderators, SpiritWind00, offered to help and took screen shots of how my forest name appears. I believe she forwarded them to Support. I also took screen shots of the problem and sent them to Support.

But despite the screen shots definitely showing that the problem, and after a week of deleting, reinstalling, hard-killing, and re-inviting, it seems that my Storm8 Support agent is out of ideas on how to correct the problem. My last communication from Storm8 Agent Snow was, "We don't see a problem."

I'm pretty sure that was intended as a dismissal, because I haven't had any communication from Storm8 Support Agent Snow since Wednesday.

I'm pretty sure that, if we were standing face to face, that Storm8 Support Agent Snow would have been 20% nicer.

I'm also pretty sure that it's easy to ignore people you don't have to actually see.

I really wish I were wrong about this. BUT, I'm sitting here thinking that I'm not.

And now I understand why people get so frustrated.

It would be nice to hear back from someone, but I'm pretty sure I shouldn't hold my breath.
