Please stop deleting my thread when I post about something customer support is doing

You may not believe in free speech, but people have a right to hear about issues. Please stop deleting valid posts and locking others to sit down our voice. Is not the point of this forum to share, including the things customer support is not doing right?

For the record, I came here this morning to update that after the particularly insultingly toned response they sent me in regards to my email about the pop up ad that tricked me out of gems, I replied back to them and they did refund my gems. So thank you customer support. They also said it was a one time thing and they would never do it again so here's the thing... Those pop up ads are very hard to avoid. I now load the game and stare at it to make sure nothing is going to pop up... And even then, I've come close. My suggestion for this issue is to stop doing that, out at least add a confirmation screen for the user to say "do you really want to buy?". If storm 8 doesn't, in fact, want to get gems spent even if tricked out on accident.. If they want to be good to their users, what is the downside to having a confirmation screen?

Thank you, and don't delete this post. It is dishonest to keep manipulating what people say on here to only ever be praise.
