Special characters stop visiting to drop rewards.

Hi...

After resolving my last issue with a game reset from your staff, the special characters stopped visiting. Even if they do (now once in a looong while), they did not leave any gems, parts, herbs etc after being served the food hence I can't complete the wedding cake goal as Alejandro visits but do not leave any cake topper figurine.

Please advise.
